A message from our CEO: Alertus is committed to supporting our employees and customers
To Our Valued Customers and Partners
As the efforts around containing and mitigating the impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19) are increasing in the U.S. and globally, we want to take a moment and let you know what steps we are taking to ensure the health and safety of our employees and fulfilling our commitment to our customers. I also want to take this opportunity to express our deepest condolences to anyone who has been impacted by the virus. We also send our appreciation to the healthcare workers tirelessly serving their communities around the world.
First and foremost, we are taking every step we can to help keep our employees, their families, and our communities safe. We are taking the following actions to reduce the risk to our team members:
Suspending all business travel
Transitioning all employees who can do their jobs remotely, to work from home until at least March 31, 2020
Following CDC and WHO recommendations for cleaning and disinfecting workplace and training all employees on hand-washing best practices and allowing for a more flexible paid time off policy for all employees
Monitoring the pandemic very closely for future business considerations
For our customers, please be assured that we are fully staffed and operating as business as usual. Our business hours remain the same, and our teams are ready to support you with any increased needs during this time. We are implementing the following to ensure uninterrupted service and support to our customers:
Taking extra precautionary cleaning procedures for our manufacturing and fulfillment areas where products are packed and shipped
Transitioning the Customer Support team to work remotely, and continuing to offer 24/7 support to all customers
Limiting on-site professional services for mission-critical projects only
Suspending all live events, and transitioning our emergency preparedness educational seminars and lunch & learn programs to a virtual format
If your organization is currently in the deployment process and needs fast-tracked implementation assistance, please contact our Director of Client Services, Drew Kidder, at dkidder@alertus.com.
